Welcome to the November New Release Giveaway Hop! Which, incidentally, I host now.
I will be giving away any November 2017 new release of your choice, up to $17. The giveaway is international, as long as The Book Depository ships there free of charge (find that out here!) Oh, and if you are a US winner, I will most likely ship from Amazon- because it will be there for you sooner!) If you prefer, I will send a Kindle edition via Amazon gift. (Please note: You may only chose ONE of these options!)
And now, the books!
Ah, November is a rather slow month. I mean, it’s no December, but it’s close 😉 But there are some really exciting ones, so quality over quantity, yes?
The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood. Not only does this novel make us extremely thankful for feminism and all that the movement has achieved – a magnificent feat in and of itself. It also makes us thankful for our human ability to see and feel things strongly, and be willing to strive for change when it’s needed.
The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue! This origional witty book made me happy. I listened to the audio version which was brilliantly narratored. Excited to see it nominated for the Goodreads Choice Awards.
I was thankful for “The Anchoress” by Robyn Cadwallader. A very different kind of read for me. Made me spreads my literary wings more.

Oh gosh. I have to just pick one book. I’m going to have to say Taking Care of the Target by Cindi Madsen. The book came out in January of this year and I still remember A LOT of it.
INTO THE DROWNING DEEP By Mira Grant, who knew mermaids weren’t all Disney favorites!

I’m thankful for Illuminae and Gemina for obvious reasons
I’m Canadian so I already celebrated Thanksgiving in October BUT I am thankful for The Female of the Species by Mindy McGinnis, Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell, Harry Potter Series, and the Cormoran Strike series by Robert Galbraith. Each of these books/series helped me deal with some things in my life and I still think of each them very fondly. I also recommend them whenever someone asks me what books they should read next.

I’m thankful to Starfish by Akemi Dawn Bowman, because I feel like the protagonist: never good enough and not comfortable with other people. This book helped me trying to not let myself hurt by other poeple.
Honestly I’m thankful for any book that I can read, every time I look at my growing bookshelf , I smile 🙂 before I didn’t have won and only dreamed of having a full one. So i’m thankful every time I get a new book :):)
