Top Ten Tuesday is a feature hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s theme is: “Top New Series I Want To Start (New..let’s say within the last year or two)”
Well. At first, I didn’t see the new part of this topic. That changes things. There are tons of older series I haven’t started. Like The Lunar Chronicles, Daughter of Smoke and Bone, etc. But then I was wrong. Because I didn’t take time to actually read. That’s bad considering this is a book blog. I digress. Anyway, all the books on this list have at least one book already released, because otherwise it felt a bit like cheating. Here we go! (Pictures link to Goodreads!)
So, have you read any of these? Which should I prioritize? I am pretty excited for them, and own most of the first books!

I added 3 of the same series as you did!
Half-Bad is good. Hope you get to it soon!
Ooh, there are many series on your list that I NEED to start! The Murder Complex is on my list this week as well. I’ve heard good things…
So…I too haven’t started most of these but I really want to! Mainly Half Bad and The Murder Complex! I will say I didn’t love These Broken Stars…it was kinda meh to me…yeah, I’m one of the only people who didn’t love it as far as I can tell. =)
I do adore the cover for the Half Bad books and I WANT THEM SO BADLY. But I didn’t like the first one, and I refuse to be that much of a cover whore lol!
Of Dreams & Rust though: YES x 10000000000
I’ve seen The Young Elites and SNow Like Ashes on som many blogs today that I’ve lost count! (they are on my blog too! :D) I’m really curious about Trial By Fire as well! Great list, girl! 🙂
My TTT
The Young Elites and Dissonance is on my list too! I just recently finished Snow Like Ashes and it was good! And I highly recommend Of Metal and Wishes or anything by Sarah Fine for that matter!

So many of these books made my list, too – I completely forgot about Half Bad and These Broken Stars! 😮 Great list! 🙂
These Broken Stars and Half Bad are both on my wishlist! Trial by Fire and Snow Like Ashes look great! The only book on this list I’ve read was Young Elites and I really liked it! Also, Cinder and Daughter of Smoke and Bone Rock! (Just saying) I often read things wrong, so don’t feel bad. 😉
I’d like to read the Of Metal and Wishes series too! I love those covers.
Great picks!!! I can’t wait to read so many of these – Of Metal and Wishes, Snow Like Ashes, Half Bad and The Murder Complex especially. I hope you can get to some of these soon 🙂 TTT.
The Starbound series also made my list – the covers are just so beautiful! I had to look up the Vivian Apple series, and I’m glad I did! I’m definitely going to add the books to my Amazon cart.
Thanks for the suggestions 🙂
Almost all of these are on my list, too. I did not know that Half-Bad had sequels and/or related books out already! I will have to look in to that. Half-Bad itself is a pretty nice read. It’s not anything you have to read right away, but I did enjoy it a lot. The world has a cool vibe and I like the main character. He’s a boy going through a classic good v. evil struggle inside of himself, but I liked it! 🙂
Wait.
This was supposed to be like “new” new? I did not catch that. Whoops. Oh well. Ha
I’ve only read These Broken Stars, which I did like, and will be continuing the series. But other than that, all of these I haven’t read at all yet! I heard good things about Snow Like Ashes though!!
I’ve only started two of these series. 😀 The Murder Complex and Snow Like Ashes were both really good! I have copies of Trial by Fire, These Broken Stars, Get Even, and Vivian Versus the Apocalypse, but I still haven’t been able to fit them in (I should get to Get Even before too long). Of Metal and Wishes and The Young Elites looks so good! I want to read them too. 🙂
LOVED the Starbound series and Trial by Fire. I definitely recommend you read those!
