  1. I’m loving being at home honestly <3 I like being back amongst bloggers – I forgot how welcoming and fun this environment can be!
Otherwise I'm also looking forward to going back to placements – as nice as online study is (pajamas everyday!), I miss being mentally challenged by different supervisors.
Thank you for running this <3

I really, really want to visit my grandchildren, but that involves a plane ride so we shall see.

  3. thank goodness for the pool. even though they opened the beaches…i don’t see me visiting them any time soon. i did get a peek before they opened, but it was all drive by and hanging, hoping to see the blue angels as they came back from new york, drat, they didn’t do a beach flyover…

I live alone and work with my Dad with the offices in the basement of his house (real estate appraiser). I really miss seeing my kids and grandkids. They would typically be over 2 -3 times a week.

  5. Darlene Owen

I hate staying home all the time. I look forward to going on trips with our senior center and playing cards at the senior center

I can’t wait to pick out my own produce again, play with my concert band, and exercise in our studio. We are holding up well, although my FIL is quickly dying (not of COVID) and my husband has been spending almost 24 hours a day at his parent’s apartment.

  7. I didn’t sign up for the giveaway cause I already have a ton of books staring at me from my shelf, but man there’s so much good stuff coming out! Network Effect, fractured and Songbirds and Snakes… and that Nick LAke one might have my name on it too haha!

    Happy May!

Oh, man, cosplay/LARP via TikTok has been something that’s helped me get through this period. Both as a creative outlet that’s paced more to my limited energy and as a place where I can do self-therapy by projecting my issues onto a fictional character (I dunno, somehow that makes it easier). Also, there are a lot of hilarious cat vids on TikTok and it’s helping. 😀

  9. I want to take the kids to Story Time, or a playground. I know they miss being around other kids, and my son often asks when he can go back to school. Poor guy. I’m looking forward to getting my kids out of the house and letting them explore Virginia! We moved here in February, and then everything happened, so we didn’t get to do much.

I already had Stealing Thunder on my TBR, but just added I Am Here Now! Thanks for the giveaway!

    Lindsi @ Do You Dog-ear?? ?

  10. Melinda B.

I keep reading, reading and reading! I also am baking too much judging from my scale.

  11. Jeanna Massman

I’m excited to see my grandson again. I have been on relying on TV, IPad, Prayers and Snacks (TIPS) Thanks for the giveaway.??

  12. Sandy Klocinski

My daughter moved to Virginia right before things fell apart. She has a new house there and I am excited to take a trip to see her and her new home
