My favorite summertime activity is doing… nothing at all. I love that while I’m still in school summer is the time when I can do nothing without feeling guilty.
The older I’ve gotten, the more sensitive I’ve become to sun and heat. I don’t like to sweat!!! So, I mostly stay indoors…with the air conditioning running, a glass of iced tea, and a book in hand. 🙂
I love to read as much in summer as in winter, so I suppose you could say that’s my favorite activity, although that isn’t real active. Because I’m handicapped, though, I can’t be terribly active. My husband and I enjoy garage sales and estate sales in the summer.

My favorite Summer activity is staying indoors! It’s been 100+ degrees here all week and it’s still Spring! *dies*
I haven’t had the time to enjoy this summer like everyone else. I have subjects to take for summer class that is included in my curriculum. Though, usually my family would go out of town to some resort and enjoy swimming. 🙂
Summer means swimming! Anything in/on the water! Of course, being a Pisces, I think I’m biased, but who cares? 🙂

My favorite thing to do during the summer is to swim to cool off from the extreme heat. The summer themed book I’d recommend (in case you haven’t read it already) is I’ll Meet You There by Heather Demetrios!! One of my favorite books ever. It’s seriously the best <3

Well every once in a blue moon I venture outside and go swimming, but even that gets to be way to hot. So I mostly stay inside with my best friend the air conditioner and read some books. Thank you for the wonderful giveaway.

One of my favorite things: the clear skies during summer. I love lying on the grass or under a tree, just watching the clouds float across the sky and count the stars at night. I don’t really swim, so I just find a nice shade in a beach to read and drink lemonade 🙂

I recommend Dreamland by Sarah Dessen, it’s a perfect beach read! And I love going to the beach to relax!

It is actually warm here. I love backyard bar-b-ques by the pool. (too much skin showing, sweat, bugs, loud kids in the water, the smell of sunscreen, cold beer).

One of my favorite books to read at this time of year is Summer Sisters by Judy Blume.
It’s summer here and my favorite summer activity is staying under a shade so I don’t burn. I love reading romance so any book that is romance is good for summer. Thanks for the great giveaway!
Wow, what a great giveaway! I can’t think of any summer-themed books off the top of my head, but One Woman Farm by Jenna Woginrich cycles through all of the seasons. Favorite summer activities: hiking, horseback riding, gardening, camping, eating ice cream cones, wandering around barefoot… the list goes on and on! (it’s my favorite season)

I always go on vacation every summer to the coast. And I love taking small trips with my little brother. =)
Summer’s my LEAST favorite season, there’s just too much light and it’s soooo suffocating, so I try my best to stay inside the house for as long as possible- which is a good thing, actually, because I can catch up with my reading 🙂

So many brilliant books coming out this month! I would love to try Every Last Word by Tamara Ireland Stone (if I am not mistaken!) because I have heard so many positive reviews of that book and how wonderful it is!

My favourite activity in summer is sleeping. Seriously, I don’t get enough sleep during school, so I sleep as long as I can in summer.

Well, I’m having my summer class in one of my major subjects but I can still manage to read and do baking during my vacant time.
I looove going to the beach and swimming and tanning! Such a fun, relaxing way to spend the day. And of course reading 😉
My favorite summer activity has got to be swimming in my favorite lake with my family, which happens to be next to a camping site. So, yeah, swimming + camping! 😀

My favorite summertime activity is swimming. In the sea. Pools don’t count in my opinion. Also trying out as many flavors of ice cream that I can. As for summer reads, Nantucket Blue by Leila Howland was a great read.

One of the books that felt the most summer-ish to me this year was “The Fill-In Boyfriend” by Kasie West even though the characters were still in school at the time. Not summer themed, but it had that lighthearted summer feel to it.
