Welcome to the December monthly link-up for the 2020 Book Blog Discussion Challenge hosted by Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction and Shannon @ It Starts at Midnight!

Can you believe the year is almost over? Let’s all say good riddance to 2020 and get ready for a new year—sign-ups for the 2021 Book Blog Discussion Challenge will be coming soon!! But for now, keep those end-of-year discussions coming!

The winner of our October discussion challenge giveaway was Jessica @ aGREATread. She got to pick a book that would make her happy (so hard to find one, we know), so she chose In the Shadows by Jessica Nolan. Hope you love it!

  • If you don’t know what this challenge is all about or haven’t signed up yet (but want to), head on over to the challenge sign-up page to learn more!
  • Even if you’d rather not join, we hope you’ll stop by occasionally to check out the MANY discussion posts that are being linked up here – there’s lots of great discussions going on!
  • Looking for even more inspiration, or want to see some discussion posts as an example? Check out the discussion posts on Feed Your Fiction Addiction or It Starts at Midnight!

Featured Posts/New Rafflecopter Entries!

This year, we’re switching it up a bit! First, we’re adding a new entry to the Rafflecopter: Comment on either of our monthly link-up posts telling us about a discussion you’ve particularly enjoyed this month, and grab yourself some extra entries!

Our post of the month for November (as chosen by Random.org) is also Jessica @ aGREATread (Jessica over here having a lucky month)! Random.org chose The Guilty Reader Book Tag.” Commenting on that post gives you FIVE extra entries in the giveaway (if you already commented, that counts too!).

Also remember that there’s a new entry to the Rafflecopter: Comment on either of our monthly link-up posts telling us about a discussion you’ve particularly enjoyed this month, and grab yourself some extra entries!

For the December giveaway, you can choose any book you wish you’d gotten for the holidays but it just didn’t materialize.

As always, the giveaway is open to anyone that The Book Depository ships to (or, if TBD doesn’t ship to you, you could choose an ebook!) up to a $17 value.

a Rafflecopter giveaway

Make sure to link up all of your December discussion posts here. This linky and the December giveaway will be open until January 7th (to give people a little extra time to link up – just in case you’re disorganized like we are). If, by some chance, you forget to link up a post this month, you can add it to next month’s linky (but no duplicates, please).

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

What is the linking you are all speaking of? I really want to participate but need help starting out but I’m a fast learner. Someone please help!

    • Hello! So, you see above where it says to click to add your link? Well, you write a discussion post, and then you just add the URL of your post to the linky. Then you can visit other people’s posts, they can visit yours, etc. To enter the giveaway, you just have to sign up to join the challenge- there are no other requirements at all, you can participate as much or as little as you’d like, and it’s never to late to join (though we will be posting the 2021 sign ups in the next week or so!) Here is the main 2020 sign up page for you: https://itstartsatmidnight.com/2019/12/2020-discussion-challenge-sign-ups/
