Welcome to the December monthly link-up for the 2016 Book Blog Discussion Challenge hosted by Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction and Shannon @ It Starts at Midnight!

It is almost the end of the year, guys! We’ll soon be setting up sign ups for next year already, can you even believe it? Time flies, my friends.

The winner of our October discussion challenge link-up was Cynthia @ Bingeing on Books She chose The True Story of Hansel and Gretel: A Novel of War and Survival which I have never heard of, but I hope she loves it!

If you don’t know what this challenge is all about or haven’t signed up yet (but want to), head on over to the challenge sign-up page to learn more! Even if you’d rather not join, we hope you’ll stop by occasionally to check out the MANY discussion posts that are being linked up here – there’s lots of great discussions going on!

If you need some ideas for discussion ideas this month, try out one of these topics:

  • Assess some of your goals and accomplishments during 2016!
  • Discuss what you want to see more of in 2017!
  • If you celebrate a holiday in December (or even if you don’t!), share some books that remind you of the holiday season!

Looking for more inspiration, or want to see some discussion posts as an example? Check out the discussion posts on Feed Your Fiction Addiction or It Starts at Midnight (click the links to be brought directly to our discussion posts).

So, in celebration of the end (thank goodness, right?) of 2016, you can pick ANY book that released this year!  As always, the giveaway is open internationally, as long as The Book Depository ships to you. (Or anywhere, if you’re willing to accept an ebook.)

a Rafflecopter giveaway

Make sure to link up all of your December discussion posts here. This linky and the December giveaway will be open until January 7th (to give people a little extra time to link up – just in case you’re disorganized like we are). If, by some chance, you forget to link up a post this month, you can add it to next month’s linky (but no duplicates, please).

Go forth, and discuss!

  1. Hell yes, hallelujah to the end of 2016. I’m usually of two minds about the end of the year but I was talking to friends today, and yeah, ready for the end. This blog link up is new to me, so I shall go forth and check it out 🙂
