I find it impossible to tolerate pranks so I do NOT prank anyone ever and hope I don’t ever get fooled.

I used to be a school teacher, so I have years of April fool’s stories. Most annoyed me, but it was kind of funny, when they turned all the desks to face away from the board.

  3. no pranks done or suffered…. which is good because i already have too much on my mind with my mother illness and i don’t think i could have felt anything as fun

I’ve never fooled anyone and I’ve never been fooled. Sad, I know. It’s a fun day but some people take it way to seriously.

  5. Unfortunately I did get a bit pranked even though I was pretty sure it was a prank. I clicked the link to read an article that was too good to be true and a pop up screamed “your friend pranked you!” I did NOT let him know he got me though 😉

  6. HOW ARE THERE SO MANY GOOD BOOKS COMING OUT THIS MONTH?

Anyway…I am fairly gullible, so I believed my friend when she said she finished reading A Darker Shade of Magic. Cruel, cruel joke. I loved the joke you and Val played! XD

Thanks for the giveaway, as always. 🙂

  7. I actually did noting foolish on April 1st. XD I haaaaaate practical jokes, omg. I always fall for them and get so angry. ? A few bloggers did the “I’m quitting forever” thing which I DID FALL FOR BECAUSE I AM A GULLIBLE FISH but otherwise I think it was mostly quiet this year, right?!

  8. I didn’t do any prank on April Fools, but I did get pranked by you and Val! I actually believe for a second that you guys are going to promote 2021 authors (eventhough I was really really confused when I read it). It’s a great prank, though!

The last time I April Fooled anyone was when I told my mum I was pregnant.
She was NOT amused when I told her I fibbed.

  10. Linda Romer

One year my husband turned all the pictures upside down on the wall before I woke up. I knew I was pranked! lol

  11. I’ve been telling people The Rose and the Dagger, but secretly (or not so secretly now) I would like The Star Touched Queen. 🙂 Thank you for the giveaway.

  12. I don’t usually try to fool anyone April 1st but this year I can happily say that I wasn’t fooled either. Mainly because I was working and I stayed off social media to avoid falling for any fandom pranks. Like I did last year XD Thanks for the amazing giveaway ♥

No pranking, it’s just another for me. Becky Albertalli tweeted a new cover for Simon and I got all excited, RT’ed it and then clicked the link and yep, it was an April Fool’s joke. She got me!

  14. Ann

Yes! My schoolmate-chums and I put a tack on our teacher’s chair. It was EPIC!
……April Fool! …Just kidding. The day went by uneventfully. :p

Sadly I didn’t fool anyone this year. Usually I do dumb stuff at work like putting tape over the mouse sensor. Nothing mean.

  16. Laurajj

Oh the kids fooled me this year! They took out all the lightbulbs ….and when I woke up the lights would not come on. Kept checking different ones…figured the power was out. They got me!

  17. I have never pranked anyone on April 1st. I don’t think it’s silly, I’m just not good at it. Some pranks can get out of hand though (and some are not innocent pranks at all), so they’re really not my thing. Can’t someone make up an International Day of Sarcasm? I’d be good at that!

  18. BerkeleyHapa

Didn’t do anything for April Fool’s this year, but my husband was completely fooled by an article he had saved and read the next day, he was reading it out to me in disbelief and I got the joke before he did!

  19. Stacy

No pranks this year and I was not fooled either. I like to play pranks, just didn’t think of any for this year.

  20. Judy Cox

No, that is not my thing. My mother loved that day of the year. She got my father every year. The one I really remember is putting salt instead of sugar in his coffee!!

  21. Christina Carolin

I have been quite confused about dates lately, I totally forgot about April Fools Day up until the next day, when a friend told me how she totally believed an article on the internet stating that the roof of our universitys new library collapsed. Haha! Otherwise I love April Fools Day. It is the BEST! 😀

  22. Linda Kish

I don’t do those things any more. I’m past that age. People would look at me like I was crazy now.
