Top Ten Tuesday is a feature hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s theme is: Top Ten Most Anticipated Releases For the Rest of 2015 (typically when we make this list in December/January each year it’s pretty heavy for the first half of the year especially because we don’t always have covers for books pubbed later at that point so let’s talk about what we are excited about for the rest of the year)
Well, they’re right about that: I didn’t want to post all those lovelies because they did not have covers. Now, they do! But I worry this is going to be a little repetitive, kind of like a BEA recap post or something! I am going to try, but no promises. Also, there will be a lot of cheating involved.

Thanks! Hope you find some that interest you!
Great list! There are so many amazing books coming out this year it’s crazy! I was lucky enough to get an ARC of The Heart of Betrayal and it is my favorite book of the year so far and it will probably stay my favorite book of 2015, it’s that amazing!
Here’s my TT: http://betweenyabookends.blogspot.com/2015/06/top-10-most-anticipated-releases-for.html
GAHHHH you have an ARC of HoB, my heart cannot take it! I would do about anything for one haha. BUT at least you loved it, and I don’t have to wait TOO much longer 😉
Oh no. More books are being added to my already huge TBR! I’m really looking forward to The Heart Of Betrayal! Great list, as always. 🙂
Aw thanks! And sorry about the ever-expanding TBR 😉
Ooooo really excited for A Madness so Discreet and Hotel Ruby! Illuminae also made my list! Great picks, they all look sooo good! Happy Reading 🙂
My Top Ten List!
Erica @ Read It. Note It.
Thanks so much! I hope you enjoy them too!
Hehe I love that you did way more than ten. There are some great books on here, and a few that I’ll have to look up. Great list 🙂
SO many more than 10! I honestly didn’t even bother to count 😉 Thanks so much!
Okay so my TBR hates you…BUT ALSO LOVES YOU. OMG! How have I not heard of half of these?!! I’m desperate for Illumane and Queen of Shadows and Walk on Earth a Stranger…but Louise O’Neill has a new book?! And that one with the volcano is basically screeching my name. I MUST GO GOODREADS NOW.
Right? It’s bad, because there are too many potentially amazing books, and not enough time, and definitely not enough money.
And YESSSS Louise O’Neill has a new book! GAH it has been preordered already because of COURSE it has! I mean, I cannot get it HERE, in THIS silly country, but it shall be MINE!!! (Thanks to the girls at YA Midnight reads- they deserve a shoutout here!)
The volcano one is the second in a series, but I really liked the first one- a LOT! So yes, do check it out 🙂
What You Left Behind, Rules for 50/50 chances and Never Always Sometimes are three I am really looking forward to. Also the cover for Asking For It has me super intrigued. Great picks!
Louise O’Neill (the author of Asking For It) has a special place in my heart. Her debut, Only Ever Yours… it was just mind blowing. The social commentary… just everyone should read it! I expect the same from this one- but it is only available in the UK until next year- Book Depository has it though 😉
The most awesome list ever! Seriously, I think every one of these are on my TBR also or at least 90% of them! There are some creepy sounding books releasing this year and I can’t wait to get my hands on them; Daughters Unto Devils, The Creeping, Blood and Salt, Sweet Madness, and Hotel Ruby! Yes, Please 😀
Aww thanks! I agree, a LOT of really dark and creepy books coming out, which I kind of love! Because all of them sound like so much more than “just” a creepy book, they all sound like they have phenomenal backstories too!
That’s not very nice of you. My TBR just grew for one too many books. hehehe 😀 Happy reading

Bwahahah I am sorry! I know what you mean though- you see these posts, then head over to Goodreads and then… BAM 7 new books on your list 😉
So many fantastic books coming out this year, and quite a few of these are on my list! I cannot wait to get reading on ‘The Next Together’ it looks like it’s going to be a stunning debut.
My TTT
Aw thanks! I totally agree about The Next Together- everything about it is just so intriguing- and it is definitely one of my favorite covers of the year too, so that doesn’t hurt 😉
I refuse to add any of these to my TBR … I refuse to add any of these to my TBR … I refuse– Aw, heck!
HAHHAHA I know the feeling! I feel though that I have done enough book stalking that I cannot possibly find any new books. I have now jinxed myself thoroughly 😉
I have Hotel Ruby and Never Always Sometimes! I love your picks though. I haven’t read any of the series but I have been intrigued and have them on my TBR. I hope you enjoy them when you read them 🙂
Thanks so much!! I do have quite a few series- maybe I should have broken them up that way! Ah, well, next time- that would have probably worked better than monthly!
Great list! You have quite a list; I was only able to come up with five… I think the universe is still in balance. 🙂 Here’s my TTT. Happy reading!
Hahha I love that! You have offset my too many books, thank you so much 😀
Great picks — I like how you listed by month! I also can’t wait for Soundless and All We Have is Now!
My TTT
Aw thanks! I am so excited for All We Have is Now too, at least that one is happening soon! 😀
What is it with ball gowns on book covers? They scream to me! Love The White Rose.
ME TOO! I love a ball gown cover. LOVE. Such a sucker for them, even when I know I shouldn’t be 😉
SHOOT I FORGOT THE HEART OF BETRAYAL. Gahhhhhh. Poopers.
I was about to ask where Winter was, then I remember you DIDN’T EVEN START THAT SERIES
Hahha I DID start the series, but only Cinder. And I really had to draw the line somewhere. I am sure after I read Scarlet and Cress I will want Winter badly too!
YES TO ALL OF THESE SHANNON! Gah…I loved The Islands at the End of the World so much, and I hope that The Girl at the Center of the World is just as good. *crosses fingers*
Yes to Queen of Shadows – Sarah J. Maas obviously can do no wrong; so I’m hoping this is just as good as her previous books.
And OMG you are going to freaking love Illuminae. I just finished it a few days ago and I still can’t get it out of my head. It’s so unique and original and I’m practically positive you’re going to love this one.
Thanks for sharing and great choices! ♥
Ahh thank you!! I really hope The Girl at the Center of the World is good too- I am also glad you know what I am talking about because most people do not seem to! Oh I am SOOOO excited to hear that you loved Illuminae! This makes me even more excited!! And seriously, I am reading Crown of Midnight now… and I ALREADY need Queen of Shadows! It’s that good!
So many great picks! I can’t wait for Six of Crows it sounds SO good 😀 Here’s my TTT if you would like to check it out! 🙂 Have a great day!
Thanks so much! I agree, it sounds amazing 😀
Illuminae I keep seeing everywhere this last week as a lot of people got at BE A. I think it looks really interesting. A lot of your picks have beautiful covers.
I agree, some of the covers are half of the appeal 😉 And seriously, Illuminae is everywhere it seems! Anyone who didn’t get it at BEA seems to have gotten it on Netgalley!
Great list! I recognize many of those in the series, but some haven’t even made my radar. I hope the build up and wait is worth it! I didn’t do a post this week because I don’t keep up with upcoming books much, but the one I am definitely and seriously interested in is Harper Lee’s Go Set A Watchman. Very interesting circumstances surrounding the publication and all. I’ll draw my own conclusions. 🙂
Ah, yes, I think the hype about the circumstances with the Harper Lee book is probably bigger than the hype around the actual book 😉 And thanks, I hope they are worth it too- because let’s face it, it is no fun when a book you couldn’t wait for is bad!
Great list! I need to find Six of Crows. Also, Illuminae is on everyone’s list. I have to get them both.
Aw thanks! And indeed, you must find them! Or I assume, since I haven’t read them yet 😉 But I mean… I have heard good things! A friend already read Six of Crows and loved it, so there’s good news!
Great list! I can’t wait for All We Have is Now. I’m on a blog tour for it, so I’ll be reading the book quite soon! I’ll be sure to let you know how it is. I also can’t wait for I Crawl Through It and Illuminae. They both sound so fantastic!
Krystianna @ Downright Dystopian
OOOH I am jealous 😉 I requested an ARC of it, and my fingers were crossed, but it isn’t looking good at this point haha! DEFINITELY let me know how it is, I will have to be on the lookout for this blog tour!
December is definitely slow; the only book I’m especially looking forward to in December is the final Starbound book.
Ah, I STILL need to read that series! I had a feeling people would be wondering why on earth that did not make my list 😀 Hope you enjoy it!
December is ridiculously slow! But Their Fractured Light is coming out, so that’s all I need in that month 😀
Ah, yes. I haven’t even read These Broken Stars yet, so I kind of fail. I will though, and then I can just binge it, and that is a win, right?
Great list! I’m finding so many books today that I’ve not heard of before, it’s great.
Aww thanks! ANd YAY for finding new books (or you know, boo for your TBR 😉 )
Thanks so much for the list… a couple of newies to look forward to 🙂 I am also really looking forward to us conductors.
Aw yay, I am glad you found some books you may enjoy 😀
I SOOOOOOO WANT TO READ BLOOD AND SALT! I heard it was uber creepy, and creepy and Faye rhyme in my dictionary. I’m desperate for a copy, but am willing to wait, although I do hope that a book fairy will hear my pleas of help 😉 So glad that you have Illuminae!!! I read that book and was like WOWZA THIS WAS EXCELLENT. I am certain you’ll love it, too.
I am SOOO excited for it! Also, I LOVE Kim. So there’s so much win exuding from this book already! BOOK FAIRY, HEAR FAYE’S PLEAS!!! (That should work, no? 😉 )
AHHH YAY! You are the second person who’s loved Illuminae! I am SO EXCITED for it, it sounds really unique. And honestly? It is super pretty!
So many amazing books. What You Left Behind made my list as well. The one I am looking forward to the most is Winter. I can’t wait to read the last book of the Lunar Chronicles.
I NEED to catch up on The Lunar Chronicles, because seriously I know I am going to stumble upon a spoiler if I do not read Winter relatively soon. The struggle is real 😉
I’m looking forward to so many of these too! All We Have Is Now, Blood & Salt, Six of Crows, Walk on Earth a Stranger, The Revolution of Ivy… thank goodness we got so many of these at BEA. 🙂
I KNOW. I do not know what I would have done if I had none of these. No, I do. Cried. I would have cried. 😉
It’s a good thing we have most of these. 😉
I am already making my way through some upcoming eARC’s, so I read A madness so discreet (LOVED IT SO MUCH) and I’m now busy in Walk on earth a stranger (FANTASTIC) I can’t wait for Queen of shadows (duh :D), Soundless and Six of crows.
I know what you mean! There are just so many good reads coming out, how to only pick ten? There are a lot of which I am looking forward to! And a few of which I have and cannot WAIT to read like A Madness so Discreet and the Rest of Us Just Live Here. The excitement xD
