Book I Read In 2015, You Have Captured My Heart

Top Ten Tuesday is a feature hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s theme is: Top Ten Books I’ve Read So Far In 2015
Sometimes I hate to live in Argentina. All the books you choose are not here yet u.u
I want to read “Made you up”
Definitely Book Depository- here: http://www.bookdepository.com/help/topic/HelpId/3/Which-countries-do-you-deliver-to#helpContent They do ship to Argentina! And it is free shipping too!
But Made You Up WILL be featured around here next month with a chance to win it, so there’s always that too 😉 It is absolutely a must read! I hope you are able to do so soon!
I loved The Cage! I just finished it recently. It was crazy good. I’m really looking forward to reading Made You Up and Emmy & Oliver. I didn’t do this topic this week because I already did it a few weeks ago. I was the rebel this week!
Michelle @ Michelle’s Minions
YAY I am SO glad someone else loves it as much as I did! I know some people were turned off by the weirdness, but I loved it! YAY for being a rebel too- it’s kind of my favorite 😉 Plus I LOVE the topic you chose! Win-win!
BUT YOU DIDN’T CHEAT, SHANNON?!!! ARE YOU FEELING OKAY????? Ahem. I cheated in that I wasn’t able to link up because in a past post I cheated and did this prompt. IF THAT EVEN MAKES SENSE. It probably does not. Either way. hehe.
I love Crown of Midnight!! HECK YES. (Although I read it last year.) I want to read Wrath & Dawn and Made You Up SO SO BADLY. And I totally loved Vanishing Girls. SO FANTASTIC AND SAD. Sadly fantastic? Fantastically sad?
Yes. I’m going now. *slinks away*
I must be coming down with something. You MUST read Wrath and Made You Up! I feel like perhaps I shan’t disappoint you by recommending those. They’re just SO GOOD.
I should have put The Kiss of Deception on my list. I absolutely adored it! I want to read so many of these books.
Aw yay, I hope you get to read them all! And I really hope that HoB makes our second half lists 😉
Oh my. The sorcery. I was fully expecting you to cheat, because that is literally what happens every Tuesday. BUT IT DID NOT. *gasp* I just read The Wrath and the Dawn, actually, and I’m super sad right now because I was fully expecting to love it and accidentally … did not. *weeps* I’m thinking of checking out Rook just for the gorgeous cover. Should I?
I knowwwww. What is wrong with me!? It’s so sad. I will try my best to cheat next week!
NOOOO you did not like it!!? That is sad. SO sad. For I adored it. Did you hate it, or just not love it? And Rook is awesome- it’s about Sunken Paris, so it’s a must 😀
Great list! I really like the way you’ve set yours out this week, Shannon, it’s looking very pretty. 🙂 I love the cover for Made You Up!
Aw thank you!! Made You Up is a pretty cover, and a fabulous book 😀
Okay, so I only read Emmy & Oliver so far… I really need to start reading those other books, like right now!
Yes, yes, you must!! So we can fangirl about them all together 😀
I can’t believe I haven’t read any of these yet!! SO many I want to though. Vanishing Girls is high up there since I love Lauren Oliver (even when I don’t) and Emmy & Oliver because I have not read one single bad review. Great list!!
BWAHAH I know EXACTLY what you mean about Lauren Oliver. Because I could not agree more. And yes- Emmy & Oliver is a MUST. I honestly do not know anyone who hasn’t liked it!
I love how pretty your post is 🙂 I’ve only read Sarah J. Maas’ Throne of Glass series on your list. But I’m looking forward to exploring the other books on your list. The Kiss of Deception looks quite interesting.

Aw thank you! The Kiss of Deception was SO good- I don’t know why I didn’t read it sooner 😀
The Cage has me really curious… love the cover. Same with Rook. And Vanishing Girls… I like Lauren Oliver so I want to red that one, too. Great list!
The Cage is pretty crazy! I agree with the covers- love them both! And Rook is set in Sunken Paris, so that’s a huge plus 😉 Vanishing Girls was really good- better than Panic for sure!
Great picks this week! I’ve only read 4 of these, but loved each of them 🙂
Aw thanks so much! Glad you loved them too 😀
So much YESSSSSS for Emmy & Oliver!!! And now that I’ve seen your list, I really need to read Vanishing Girls and Made You Up, since I have copies of both. What am I waiting for?! Great list! 🙂
Oooh yes, DO IIT!! I am glad you loved Emmy & Oliver too- though it seems that everyone loves E&O, no? 😀
I love Maas and Kiss of Deception made my list as well.
Great list! Thanks for sharing.
Here are my Top 10 for the year
And here’s a a $30 giveaway at Aamazon
Thanks! We don’t have long to wait for HoB at least 😉
I loved Emmy & Oliver, too! It’s such a wonderful book. I am really curious about Rook because I am a total Scarlet Pimpernel fan. I need to look into that one. Glad you loved it.
Rook was really good- a little slow in the beginning, but totally worth it!
OOh I haven’t read any of these yet but I keep seeing Made You Up today — definitely going to have to read that one! And Vanishing Girls! Great picks!!
My TTT
Thanks so much! Definitely do, they are fabulous, hope you enjoy them 😀
How have I not read a single book on your list?!? Many of them are on my TBR. I just bought Rook and I am thinking I will read that one fairly soon, especially with it being on your “best of 2015” list.
WHAT!? But…. we are bookish soul mates. This should not be happening!! I hope you enjoy these. Don’t you almost have to? 😉
Devoted was soooooo good. I was so unsure going into it, but I would up loving it.
My TTT!
That is exactly how I felt! I was iffy, but it was amazing!
I loved Vanish Girls! And I tried to read The Sin Eater’s Daughter after drooling over the cover for weeks but I just couldn’t get into it.
I have a few more of these on my TBR list. Great list!
A lot of people had some issues with The Sin Eater’s Daughter- I feel like it was either a love it or hate it book. I was lucky enough that I loved it 😉
I have read A Kiss of Decepion but I was a little frustrated with the heroine…
I can’t wait to read The Cage!
Aw, sorry TKOD didn’t work out for you- hope The Cage is better!
I want to add Emmy & Oliver to my TBR!
My TTT
Ah you must! It is amazing!
Made You Up and Emmy & Oliver also made my list. Great picks.
Here is My Top 10 Tuesday
Aw yay! It seems like they have made quite a few lists 😉 Glad you enjoyed them too!
First things first, your blog is gorgeous! Also, this is a great list. I just finished The Wrath and the Dawn and I LOVED it. SO good! I’ve also read Crown of Midnight and The Kiss of Deception and I agree that both of those are great.
AW thank you so much!! I am SO glad you loved Wrath too- it was amazing! I cannot wait for the next book- in all of the series you’ve mentioned actually 😀
Where to start with all the awesome books on your list. The sin eaters daughter I have on my TRL and I actually have a copy to read. I love the cover. Emmy and Oliver I need. I am currently reading The Vanishing Girls and enjoying it. Great picks.
Ohhh I hope you like The Sin Eater’s Daughter! I know it seems to be a love it or hate it situation, so I hope you love it! 😀 Emmy & Oliver is universally loved I think!
The Cage and Crown of Midnight were SO good! I can’t wait to read The Wrath and the Dawn and The Sin Eater’s Daughter!
I really hope you love them when you read them 😀
MADE YOU UP! EMMY & OLIVER! THE KISS OF DECEPTION! Oh look Sineater’s Daughter. BUT YAYAYYAYAY. I also have to read the rest of the books on your list. Also I must have missed your review for Vanishing Girls, but YAY glad you loved it 😀
Bwhahahha I love how you glossed over TSED. Since it most definitely did NOT make your list 😉 I did post a review of Vanishing Girls. I think? Now I have to double check!
I absolutely loved The Wrath of Dawn, Made You Up and Vanishing Girls as well Shannon – so glad to see that you did too! And I am actually reading Rook next and am crossing my fingers I end up liking it as much as you did. ♥ Thanks for sharing and, as always, fabulous post! xx
Oooh I really hope you like Rook! It starts out a little slow, but then gets REALLY good- so the whole book won’t be that slow, I promise 😀
The Wrath and The Dawn and Emmy & Oliver were really good! I can’t wait till the sequel to The wrath and the dawn comes out!
Oh I agree! I NEED the sequel in my life. I should probably just pre order it now hahah.
I’m seriously considering it!
I suuuper agree with Vanishing Girls (wasn’t a 5 star book, but it was an incredibly amazing book. The ending left me in tears, damnit! HAIL LAUREN OLIVER!!!!) and Emmy & Oliver, which just might be one of those kind of YAs that easily stick to you for a long, long time. It was quiet, realistic, and so down-to-earth with its characters and story. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
It wasn’t a 5 star for me either, but I had to start picking from non-five stars hahah. I agree, Lauren Oliver is amazing! And Emmy & Oliver! Is there anyone who has NOT liked that book?! Seriously!
YES to Made You Up, The Wrath and the Dawn, Crown of Midnight, and Emmy & Oliver!!! You make good life choices lady 😉
Aw thanks, I try 😉 Of course, I know we shouldn’t talk about TSED 😀
Love seeing Emmy & Oliver and Made You Up on here! Both books are super adorable. I still need to read Wrath – soon, hopefully – and I might get to The Kiss of Deception eventually….
Great list, lady!
I agree, they are so fabulous! And I do hope you enjoy those- I mean, I worry about the triangle factors for you, but neither have ACTUAL triangles in the “which boy do I pick!? ::swoooooons::” sense 😉
I loved seeing Emmy & Oliver on your list, it is one the most cutest and heartbreaking books I have read this year! 🙂 I actually liked The Sin Eater’s Daughter as well, I felt most people haven’t liked it too much. I liked Made You Up as well, wonderful picks 🙂
I know I LOOOOVED E&O- has anyone NOT loved it!? Seriously, I don’t think I have read a bad review! Also, YES to TSED! I think it’s a love-or-hate situation, and I LOVED!
I…I’ve only read one *hides*
Made You Up was AMAZING. A stunning piece of work. I gotta agree with that!
This post seem very good.
